Payment, delivery & returns

Payment

Transactions are processed by PayPal or card payments via Stripe in £(pounds sterling) 

Transactions are secure and are protected by SSL encryption.

Postage

All postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout. Shipping is combined; you will only pay for the largest item's postage if you are also buying smaller items in the same order.

Collect your items for FREE.

You are welcome to collect your items directly from my studio in Seaford, East Sussex by appointment only.

Lampshades are packed in bubblewrap and biodegradable packing chips inside a double wall box and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed For service unless otherwise requested.

Small prints only are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

I aim to use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Non-UK customers

Shipping to Europe starts at £4 and Worldwide starts at £5 for Standard services of smaller items. Prices depend on size of items and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping overseas will be sent via Royal Mail's International Standard service unless you select Premium which includes tracking information and is therefore a higher cost.

Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax - the customer takes full responsibility for these costs.

Delivery

UK items will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service will be used and you will receive updates on it's journey if you have provided an email address.

Shipping overseas will be sent via Royal Mail's International Standard service unless Premium postage was selected at checkout.

Please contact me if you would prefer further enhanced postage.

I aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days of receiving payment. If you require items by a certain date please email me immediately after placing your online order with a date you need it by and I will make every effort to get it to you.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days from the date printed on your receipt. A refund will be made in full - return postage is at the customers expense.

Some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Hand made items may have small variations from the image on the the website. 'Seconds'/sale items will always have a description of the flaw and reason for price reduction. These items are non-refundable.

Breakages and damaged items

If any item arrives damaged (other than when sold as a 'second') please contact me immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be contacted by a member of Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for my instructions before returning the item to me.

Lost items

If your item does not arrive within 12 days of your order and you have not received correspondence from me informing you of a delay in delivery please get in touch.

Refer to the tracking number provided in the Royal Mail notification. Enter this at RM Track & Trace web site to check your items last known location.

I do not take responsibility for items which have been delivered but have gone missing from your doorstep. If you have provided an email address when placing your order, Royal Mail will use this to notify you when your parcel is due to be delivered. Please ensure you have a suitable 'safe place' or alternative arrangement if you are likely to miss your delivery.
