Payment

Transactions are processed by PayPal in £(pounds sterling) by credit or debit card or from a Paypal Account. All postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout.

You are also able to make payments via online banking - email me and you will be provided with my account number and sort code.

If you wish to pay by cheque please place your order online selecting cheque as your payment choice, then send the cheque to:

Purchases will not be shipped or available for collection until the cheque has cleared which can take up to 5 extra days. Cheques made payable to Sally Elford

Postage

UK Postage Costs:

All orders being shipped within the UK will cost £5. This includes the cost of packaging your prints safely plus the royal mail costs.

Collect your prints for FREE.
You are welcome to collect your prints directly from my studio in Hove, East Sussex Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.

Artwork will be shipped either rolled in a very strong tube or in a large rigid envelope. These items will require a signature.

Non-UK customers

All overseas shipping costs £14.00.
Shipping overseas will be sent via Royal Mail's International signed for service. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax - the customer takes full responsibility for these costs.

Delivery

UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery (Signed for)
I aim to dispatch your parcel within 7 working days of receiving payment. If you require items by a certain date please email me immediately after placing your online order with a date you need it by and I will make every effort to get it to you.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days from the date printed on your receipt. A refund will be made in full - return postage is at the customers expense.

Some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Hand made prints may have small variations in colour or pattern from the image on the the website, due to the nature of silk screen printing. I will always send the best quality print in the edition. 

Breakages and damaged items

If any item arrives damaged please contact me immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be contacted by a member of Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for my instructions before returning the item to me.

Lost items

If your item does not arrive within 12 days of your order and you have not received correspondence from me informing you of a delay in delivery please contact me.
